What is stress? 

Some balanced stress levels can be positive and help us towards achieving goals. It can also motivate us to take on a new challenge or finish an existing one. However, it becomes problematic when we are overwhelmed by it. Big life changes often contribute towards stress, even happy events like having a baby or planning a wedding. Stress can make you feel like you aren’t in control of events in your life. Health worries and work-related issues can often cause stress (NHS 2019). It can effect our personal life, work life, relationship and many other aspects of our lives.
