According to mind.org, one in six people suffers from anxiety. We manage some level of anxiety on a regular basis. However, it becomes problematic when you can’t control and become overwhelmed by it. As a result, you may suffer from panic attacks, hot flushes, dizziness, heart pounding and racing, sweating, trouble sleeping, stress, headaches and other symptoms.
