Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. (NHS 2019)At some point in our lives, we all experience some anxiety. According to mind.org, one in six people suffers from anxiety. We manage some level of anxiety on a regular basis. However, it becomes problematic when you can’t control and become overwhelmed by it. As a result, you may suffer from panic attacks, hot flushes, dizziness, heart pounding and racing, sweating, trouble sleeping, stress, headaches and other symptoms.
